Pregnancy is a special time in any couples life and I believe that every mother can grow and birth a baby in her own special way as long as she is supported and supported well!
It is essential that every expectant couple prepare for not only the birth of the child, but for the pregnancy as well. A good and healthy pregnancy makes for a smoother and easier birth for the mother. I teach good pregnancy nutrition as well as basic childbirth education. Because any woman can learn how babies come out...but it is very rare for a mother to be taught how to grow a baby and to ready herself mentally and physically for both labor and birth.
